1. Do I need to have any previous experience of Voice Dialogue?
    No. All you need is a desire to know more about who you are and why you do the things that you do.

  2. What technology do I need to take part in the Program?
    You will need a computer with good internet access and built in or external speakers.

  3. How do I access the Program?
    When you register you will be given a code that will allow you to login to the Voice Dialogue Online Program. When you click on the module bar, you’ll see a menu where you can choose to view the presentation and other videos, or download the articles and mp3's.

  4. How often can I access the Program?
    You will have unlimited access and can view all the materials as often as you wish for six months from your date of purchase.

  5. Can I download all the materials?
    You can download all the pdf's and mp3's, but not the videos.

  6. Do I need special software to view the videos?
    No. The presentations will appear in an expandable window on each module page. The resource library videos will appear in an expandable pop-up light box.

  7. Can I download the 56 exercises?
    You can choose to either: a) type in your answers online and download them once complete as a pdf journal; b) print them out and write in your answers.

  8. How does the message board work?
    You will be able to post a comment / question or share an experience on the message board. You can view all messages globally or by module.

  9. Do I need to create a personal profile?
    No. You can choose to remain anonymous. However, if you post some information about yourself, you can then meet and discuss with other participants - either in real time online or offline via email and skype.

  10. How do I arrange a 1-2-1 session with John or Michael?
