Please read the details set out below carefully before registering for the Voice Dialogue Online Program [‘The Program’] located at www.voicedialogueonline.com [‘The Website’]. By registering for the program you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and disclaimers.

we', 'us' and 'our' are references to Voice Dialogue Online [referred as VDO]

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review any revisions. Your continued participation on the program constitutes your agreement to all such revisions.

Your participation is also governed by the VDO [Privacy Policy], the provisions of which are hereby incorporated within these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse enrollment on any program we offer.

1. REGISTRATION, PASSWORDS AND SECURITY

When you register for the program, you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you have provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.

When you register you will be asked to create a username and password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting info@voicedialogueonline.com.

If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.

2. YOUR STATUS

By registering for the program, you warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have no current or past psychological disorders; and (c) you understand that the VDOP is not an alternative to professional counseling or psychotherapy.

3. USE OF MATERIALS

Except where expressly stated otherwise, all information contained on the Website is owned by VDO or authorized for use by a third party. The information and content, such as text, graphics, software, images and other such material are protected.

Unauthorised use of material may violate VDO's Intellectual Property Rights. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original material on any copy that you make.

You undertake that you will:

  • only view and use the Website for your own purpose and will not sell, publish or modify the material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, store, retransmit or otherwise use the material in any way for any public or commercial purpose;
  • not use nor interfere with the Website other than in accordance with these terms and conditions or in any way that could cause all or part of the website or any material therein to be interrupted, reproduced, stored, retransmitted, published, damaged, rendered less efficient, corrupted or in any way impaired;
  • not use the Website nor the material in any manner which constitutes an infringement of any third party rights (including Intellectual Property Rights);
  • not use the Website nor the material to transmit any information or content for the purposes of publicity, promotion and/or advertising without the prior written consent of VDO;
  • not send a message or communication, which is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, menacing or illegal; not cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to, or breach the rights of any other person; not upload, post, publish or transmit any material which is protected by copyright or other Intellectual Property Right without the prior written consent of its owner;
  • not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful;
  • not gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website;
  • not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or to distribute a denial-of service attack.

If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the material automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made.

To the extent permitted by law, VDO make no warranties, express or implied, as to the content of the Website or the accuracy, timing or reliability of any information or statements contained therein.

The use of the Website and the material therein is at your own risk. Changes may be made periodically and at any time.

VDO will endeavour to provide the Website using all reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, VDO exclude all implied warranties as to quality, accuracy or fitness and do not warrant that the material contained on the VDO website, any of the functions contained therein and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error free, free of viruses or bugs or is compatible with any other software or material.

VDO shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the Website, whether direct or indirect, including, damage to software or hardware, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other consequential loss. Nothing in these terms or conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of servants, our agents, employees or us.

The website may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by VDO of the contents therein. VDO is not responsible for the availability of any third party websites or of materials therein, and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services on or available from such.

6. INDEMNITY

You shall remain solely liable for any material you submit to the Website. In submitting material you hereby agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and keep indemnified, VDO, its directors, officers and employees from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, damage, other expenses or loss we may incur (including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees) as a result of any material you submit or any violation by you of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

By submitting material to the Website, you agree to grant VDO use such material and the unrestricted right to freely use, edit, alter, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the material for any purpose commercial or otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VDO and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting costs, alleging or resulting from your use or misuse of the Website and the material or your breach of these terms and conditions.

7. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use your information to process your registration for the Program, requests for products or services, provide access to privileged areas of the Website, personalise your visit to our site and to enable us to review, develop and improve the products, services, and offers we provide online.

We may occasionally carry out market research on our own behalf and send you details of VDO services and offers that we think will be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information, please ensure you e-mail info@voicedialogueonline.com or alternatively when we send you an e-mail, please use the opt-out provisions provided.

All correspondence with us, whether online or offline, will be treated in absolute confidence. We will never share your details with a third party without your prior consent. We will never share your details with a third party for marketing purposes. We do not store credit/ debit card details. Nor do we share them with a third party.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS THROUGH THE VDO WEBSITE

By registering for the Program both you and VDO are bound by the following terms and conditions

8. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the program will be as quoted by us on the Website. The price may be liable to change at any time.

For processing your payments we use PayPal. We do not have access to any information related to your credit card(s) or PayPal accounts.

Note: PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the PayPal server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

9. ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM

Once registered, you will have unlimited access to the Program for one year.

10. REFUNDS POLICY

You have a right to cancel your registration on the VDOP if we receive notice of that cancellation within 7 days of your registration.

In the event of your cancellation we will process a full refund to you as soon as reasonably possible and, in any case, within 30 days of your notice of cancellation. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your registration.

11. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

When using the Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations to provide the Program, Program materials or this website that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

13. TERMINATION

VDO shall, at any time, have the right to terminate these terms and conditions (and your use of the Website) immediately and without notice to you.

14. GENERAL

If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the application of any law, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.

Governing Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of the above jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, which may arise.
